This parameter is used to transfer the ATP information (Wanted Delivery Date/Time and Priority) in the customer order/line at demand site for the internal direct deliveries. In addition to that, it prevents these values from being changed in the internal objects so that they can only be changed in the external customer order.

The Wanted Delivery Date/Time of the customer order
line (Demand Site) is being recalculated when passing through the Intersite
/ Intercompany process. It may differ from the original Wanted Delivery Date/Time.
The Priority of the customer order (Demand Site) is not being passed through
the Intersite/Intercompany process. It may be determined again in the customer
order (Supply Site) depending on the settings and rules and so may differ from
the original Priority.
TRUE: For customer Orders (Demand
Site) where at least one line has Supply Code 'Int Purch Dir', the Intersite
/ Intercompany process ensures that Wanted Delivery Date/Time and Priority are
passed through all objects of the process and can’t be changed.
Wanted Delivery
Date/Time in the customer order line (Demand Site) and Priority in the customer
order (Demand Site) will be transferred to Wanted Delivery Date/Time in the
customer order line (Supply Site) and Priority in the customer order (Supply
Site).
To ensure data integrity through the whole process, an error message
prevents the Wanted Delivery Date and Priority to be changed in the following
objects:
