Use this activity to enter a default address for the site. This mandatory task is to be performed by a system administrator or an equivalent person.
This address will be used on all purchase orders. All functions that automatically create purchase orders/requisitions will use this address since it is the default. If desired, you can change it manually on the order.
The address will also be used as the ship from address in the customer order flow when shipping goods using consignments.
This is also the address used for receiving objects from the customer to be repaired or overhauled in maintenance.
