Use this activity to view the IUID Enterprise Serial Information using the IUID Enterprise Serial page. The IUID rule type 1 is created by concatenating the IAC, EID and Enterprise Serial Number. The Enterprise Serial Number is a sequential number which relates to part serial number and the IUID value. The Enterprise Serial doesn’t consider the part number, but there will be a new Enterprise Serial Number created for every part serial number created. To create an Enterprise Serial Number for a part, the part should be a serial tracked part, the IUID requirement should have been enabled and the rule type should be rule Type 1. With above setup a new Enterprise Serial Number will be created in IUID Enterprise Serial page while keeping the part serial information and IUID information as well. The IUID Enterprise Serial Page is a read only page and it is possible to have an overview of the Enterprise Serials including the connected part serial, IUID and several other IUID related information.
