Define User Demand Access
Explanation
The button Create User Access will grant the user full access to all
flows on the selected Demand Plan Server ID, after creating you can start
limmiting which flows the user should have access to by removing feature
access in the list below.
This page gives/limits access to users for main/legacy Demand Plan Client. Areas
that you can change the access are,
- Read Only:
- If this is enabled then the flow is read-only. All other access
setting needs to be disabled.
- Market Segment:
- If enabled then user can change market segment
- Season Profile:
- If enabled then user is allowed to add/modify and delete season
profiles.
- Target Sales Plan:
- If enabled then user can change Target Sales Plan
- Budget:
- If enabled then user can change the Budget
- Detail View
- If enabled then user can change detail view parameters
- Forecast
- If enabled then user can change the adjusted forecast
- Phase In/Out
- If enabled then user can change the phase in/ phase out settings
in the detail view
If all are disabled then user does not have access to the flow.
Prerequisites
Forecast Flows and Foundation user should exist.
System Effects
User will get access to the flows in main Demand Plan client according to
the settings.
