Publish Forecast Group Access
Explanation
It is possible to grant an access level for a selected group of parts on
a flow. From this method it is possible to grant many parts at once instead
of granting them each by each individually.
The access levels define in here, controls the behaviour on Demand
Forecast page record access.
The Access Levels available are,
- Read Only
- This will only allow user to see a readonly version of the
record.
- Colloaborative
- Only the Colloaborative forecast will be available for adjustments
with this access level.
- Evaluator
- User with this access level can change the adjusted forecast
depending on the record status.
- Full Access
- User will have the full control regarless of the status of the
record.
Prerequisites
- Forecast Server ID should be loaded into the Demand Plan Server
atleast once for group level filtering to be visible.
- Forecast Server ID and User record should be there.
- Forecast Parts related to Forecast Server ID should be available.
System Effects
As per the selected publish group access levels, the parts belonging to
group will have the corresponding access level selected.
These access levels controls the actions that the user can perform on the
records in Demand Forecast page.
