Publish Forecast User

Explanation

This is used to grant user access to Demand Forecast page records. The User ID and Forecast Server ID will be connected in here.

Onces setup, it is possible to give Forecast Part access by Group Level or by Part basis.

The Access Levels available are,

• Read Only
  • This will only allow user to see a readonly version of the record.
• Colloaborative
  • Only the Colloaborative forecast will be available for adjustments with this access level.
• Evaluator
  • User with this access level can change the adjusted forecast depending on the record status.
• Full Access
  • User will have the full control regarless of the status of the record

Prerequisites

Foundation use

Forecast Server ID with qualified parts in flows.

System Effects

Forecast Server ID and User ID get linked to faciliate Access management.
