This activity is used to reject the approval of maintenance events. Ideally, this activity can be performed to undo an approval prior to releasing the work scope. You can choose to reject the approval for all events or for specific events only.
To reject a specific event, click Reject Approval of Maintenance Events in the Work Scope Mx Events tab. To reject approval of all events, click Reject Approval of All (Maintenance Events) in the Define Work Scope page.
As a result of this activity, the status of the maintenance event is changed to Preliminary.
