Use this activity to register and define identifiers for a Person, Employee or Applicant.
Indicate the Validity of the identifier (Active/ Hide/ Block) and whether it is a default. There can only be one default identifier for a country.
When a record is added in Employee File or New Employment assistant, the default identifier for the country of the Company (specified in Enterprise set up) will be populated. It is not mandatory to set a default for a country.
There are no prerequisites.
Identifiers indicated as Active will be included in the list of values in Identifier Details section. Identifier Details section can be found in Personal File, Employee File, Applicant-Admin and New Employment assistant.
