Use this activity to cancel the work assignment before accepting the work task after providing reasons for cancellation. The technician can suggest reassigning the work if required.

Prerequisites

• The work assignment should exist on the mobile device.
• The work assignment should have been assigned to a user.
• Reporting against the work assignment must not exist.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the work assignment will be removed from the mobile device and returned to the back office.
