Confirm Count Report Lines

Explanation

Use this activity to confirm counted part quantities. It is possible to confirm counted parts in batches, or once per report using the Confirm All action. This action is available on the count report in Count Per Count Report Page and pager header of Count Report page. 

The Confirm All action opens up an assistant, which displays all counted and unconfirmed part records in a count report. Select the toggle I acknowledge counted quantities for the selected parts are accurate to enable the Confirm Counted Parts action. View and confirm counted part lines.

The toggle for acknowledgement is configurable per resource. Use the Person Resource workflow configuration action Enforce Acknowledgement on Stock Count Submit to disable the acknowledgement, if required.

Counting Status per group on Count Report indicates the counting status of parts in each group.

• Incomplete : Some or all the records in the group need counting. This allows technician to decide which parts need counting if partial submit is required
• Pending Confirmation : All records in the group have been counted and ready for confirmation. This allows technician to decide whether to submit the counted records or wait until all parts in the report are counted
• Completed : All parts in the group have been counted and confirmed

Prerequisites

Count report should be available in mobile client with counted and unconfirmed part lines.

System Effects

• The value of the counted quantity field is confirmed.
• The count report line will receive the Confirmed status
• Once confirmed it cannot be changed afterwards and it appears as a read only value.
