This activity is used to create a new Service Request from the mobile client. The option New Service Request can be accessed from the Home screen. This activity is only available in the Service app (IFS MWO Service).
Parameter SERVICE_REQUEST_FOR_NEW_WORK defined in Application Parameters has to be set to Value TRUE.
As a result of this activity, a new Request is created, with a Scope and Work Task(s), in accordance with the Service selected. The Service is available in backoffice and can be sent to mobile user
