Use this activity to draw the attention of a Dispatcher to a specific Work Assignment, by adding a Highlight Text. The mobile technician can update the previous Highlight Text if required.
The work assignment should exist in the mobile device.
The Work Task must have no Workflow Configuration applied or Workflow Configuration applied must have action Add Highlight to Dispatcher enabled.
The Highlight Text will be saved against the Work Assignment. This information will be available to the dispatcher in the Dispatch Console and the PSO Workbench and be displayed as an Exception.
