Modify Time to Complete

Explanation

Use this activity to update the remaining work hours. You get the option to enter remaining hours to complete the job if the work assignment is set to incomplete or work assignment is set to complete, and there are multiple visits.

Prerequisites

• The work assignment should exist on the mobile device.
• The work assignment should have been assigned to a user.
• Work Assignment is not Completed or Incomplete or Canceled.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, estimated hours to complete the work assignment will be updated in the back office.

Entering a value of 0 means that work is fully completed and no work remains.
Entering a value greater that 0 means that work remains and that follow-on visits should be created.
Leaving the field empty means that the remaining time will be automatically calculated based on the time already spent working and the planned duration for the task.
