Pause Travel

Explanation

Use this activity to pause travel on the device. Even when this is applied, the status will remain as On Route. When travel is paused, you will be clocked out from the travel clock-in record if automatic clocking has been enabled. You can pause and continue travel multiple times until you reach the work location for the task.

Prerequisites

• The work assignment should exist on the mobile device.
• The work assignment should be in the On Route status.

System Effects

• The work assignment will remain in the On Route status.
• If Automatic time reporting has not been turned off via a Workflow Configuration, the user will be clocked out from the clocked in transaction for the travel time.
