Pending Completion

Explanation

Use this activity in mobile to change the status of the work assignment to Pending Completion. You can change the status to Pending Completion if the required work has been done, but some additional steps are left to do before the assignment can be completed. For example, the customer wants to verify that the fault is fixed.

Prerequisites

• The work assignment should exist on the mobile device.
• The work assignment should be in Work Started status.

System Effects

• The work assignment is set to the Pending Completion status.
• The Work Finish Date on the work assignment is updated with the current date.
