Use this activity to send an alert to the Dispatcher(s), if attention is required. The attention can be used for many purposes, and once it has ben sent, the Resource will be highlighted in the Gantt chart to alert the Dispatcher(s) that attention is required.
Select the action Set Attention On/Off in the main menu to set or reset this attribute. Enter an additional note to the dispatcher in the Attention Note field if required.
If a Workflow Configuration with Configuration Type Person Resource is applied for the logged in user, the action Allow Set Attention must be enabled or there should be no Workflow Configuration applied.
Attention status will be updated to On or Off, along with any note entered. This information will be visible in the Dispatch Console and in the PSO Workbench.
