Set Work Assignment Status to Waiting at Location

Explanation

Use this activity to change the status of the Work Assignment to Waiting at Location on mobile. This status can be set when travel to the site has been completed, and there is a period to wait before the work can start. This status will generate a clock-out transaction for travel time and a clock-in transaction for work performed if automatic clockings are enabled.

Prerequisites

• The work assignment should be present on the mobile device.
• The work assignment should be in the On Route status.

System Effects

• The work assignment is set to the Waiting at Location status.
• If Automatic time reporting has not been turned off via a Workflow Configuration, the user will be clocked out from the clocked in transaction for the travel time.
