Update Expected Arrival Time

Explanation

Use this activity to set the Expected Arrival Time for a Work Assignment.

Select action Update Expected Arrival Time in the Work Details page, to update the Expected Arrival Time for the job. This action is possible while the Work Assignment is in status Assigned, Accepted and On Route.

Prerequisites

The Work Task must have no Work Task Workflow Configuration applied, or Work Task Workflow Configuration applied must have action Update Expected Arrival Time enabled.
