This activity is used to create the basic data for employee Bank Details which will be used in Employee Payment Methods and Employee Payment Information.
BIC/SWIFT Codes are validated as per the international standards. The Routing Codes are validated as per the US banking standards.
Address details of the banking institutions can be entered as part of the bank details basic data.
There are no prerequisites.
When the user enters Bank Details information in this page, the BIC/SWIFT Codes of the Employee Payments Methods will automatically be fetched from these records and the same Bank Details will be available in Employee File/ Employee Payment Information, New Employement assistant, and My Personal Information/My Payment Information pages.
