Search Vouchers - GL

Explanation

Use this activity to display information on one or several voucher headers in the general ledger (GL).

Prerequisites

Before voucher head information can be analysed, the following must have been completed:

• The authority rules for making queries must have been specified. This is done via the Authority folder in IFS/General Ledger.
• The voucher must have been updated from the hold table to the general ledger.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the selected information is displayed on screen. You cannot change the information.
