A Skill Template contains information about available skill(s) and their evaluation. Skill Template is used to manage and plan for existing resources.
Ex. Using a Skill Template record with available skill(s) and competencies can be used as a tool for better work assignments.
To make a defined skill template visible it is important to make the validity of the skill template "Active". If the validity is set to Active, it will be visible.
