Explanation
Use this activity to enter and maintain information, e.g., language or country,
about manufacturers of parts. This optional task is to be performed by a system
administrator or equivalent person.
Prerequisites
This activity has the following prerequisites:
- The ID of the manufacturer must be defined.
- ISO language and country codes must be defined.
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
- Manufacturer information appears in the
Part
and
Manufacturers
pages.
- When the approval code is changed, the manufacturer's history information
is updated.
