This activity is used to create a new heavy maintenance contract by copying information from an existing contract. This option can be used if a visit specific contract needs to be created using long-term contract details.
You can choose to copy contract groups, valid sites, valid and/or expired contract lines, pre-posting, contract rules, exclusions, additional contract customers and part provisioning rules. In addition, you can choose to update the dates of the new heavy maintenance contract to reflect the system date.
