This activity is used to create instant invoices using an invoice template. The invoice templates can be viewed in the Instant Invoice Template page. Invoice templates are useful for items that are similar each month but have different amounts, e.g., utility bills.
Select the Use Invoice Template command to open Create Instant Invoice dialog.
An instant invoice template must be entered and saved in the system.
As a result of this activity, an instant invoice is created using an invoice template.
