This activity is used to register issuers of a modification. You can define a new modification issuer or assign an existing manufacturer as an issuer.
If a manufacturer is to be defined as a modification issuer, the manufacturer must be defined in the Manufacturer page.
As a result of this activity, it will be possible to register an issuer on a modification revision.
