Calculate Actual Time Needed per Warehouse Task Line

Explanation

This activity is used to calculate the actual time needed for each warehouse task line. The actual time needed describes how much time that is actually needed to execute a single warehouse task line. The time is measured in minutes.

The task actual time needed per warehouse task line calculation is based on the warehouse tasks that have been performed during a specified period. The calculation is grouped by site, warehouse worker, and warehouse task type.

To perform this calculation you can either do it directly using Calculate Actual Time Needed per warehouse Task Line dialog, or schedule the task as a background job.

The result is displayed in the Task Line Actual Execution Time(min) field on the Warehouse Task Basic Data/Warehouse Task Type Setup tab. If you want to include this value in the planning, you can update the Task Line Planned Execution Time(min) field.

Prerequisites

In order for the calculation to give any result, at least one warehouse task of this type must have been performed on this site during the selected period.

System Effects

The actual time needed to execute a warehouse task line will be calculated for the selected task type and site, based on the warehouse tasks executed during the selected period. The actual time needed per warehouse task line is updated in Warehouse Task Basic Data/Warehouse Task Type Setup tab.
