There might be different reasons for an object not to be under a PM program (for instance if it has a set of individual PM Actions that is specifically designed for that object). This functionality enable setting an object not applicable for PM programs. In addition, it is possible to have a log on who, why and when the object was set to not applicable for PM programs.
