Cancel Clocking

Explanation

This activity is used to cancel a labor, machine, interruption, indirect labor or machine downtime clocking record.

To cancel a labor, machine or interruption clocking from the Shop Floor Workbench page, expand the operation and open the Clockings tab. Click Cancel Clocking and then either Cancel, Cancel Stop, Cancel Team Start or Cancel Team Stop.
To cancel an indirect labor clocking from the Shop Floor Workbench page, click Manage Indirect Time and then Clockings. In the Indirect Clockings dialog, click Cancel Clocking and then click either Cancel, Cancel Stop, Cancel Team Start or Cancel Team Stop.
To cancel a machine downtime clocking from the Shop Floor Workbench page, click Manage Downtime and then Clockings. In the Downtime Clockings dialog, click Cancel Clocking and then click either Cancel or Cancel Stop.
To cancel a clocking from the Shop Floor Clockings page, click Cancel Clocking and then either Cancel, Cancel Stop, Cancel Team Start or Cancel Team Stop.
To cancel a clocking from the Time Card or Time Card - Details pages, select the relevant clocking interval in the calendar area and click the Delete icon, Cancel Stop, Cancel Team Start or Cancel Team Stop.

A clocking record must exist.
For machine and interruption clockings, the Cancel Stop option is only available for the latest clocking for each operation.
For labor clockings, the Cancel Stop option is only available for the latest clocking for each operation and employee assumed the clocking does not have a team stamp.
For indirect labor clockings, the Cancel Stop option is only available for the latest clocking for each employee assumed it does not have a team stamp.
For stopped labor and indirect clockings, the Cancel Start option is only available for clockings without a team stamp.
The Cancel Team Start option is only available for active labor and indirect clockings with a team stamp.
The Cancel Team Stop option is only available for the latest clocking for each operation with a team stamp for each employee.

The cancel action will remove all clocking records within the sequence and reverse possible operation/indirect labor history/machine downtime history transaction.
The cancel stop action will remove the stop time on all clocking records within the sequence and reverse possible operation/indirect labor history/machine downtime history transaction. The activity will be running again.
The cancel team start action will remove all clocking sequences on the operation or indirect job for all employees currently in that team.
The cancel team stop action will remove the stop time on all clocking sequences on the operation or indirect job for all employees currently in that team.
