Change Owning Customer on Shop Order
Explanation
Use this activity to change the owner of the shop order product,
component materials, by-products and disassembly components with Ownership set to
Customer Owned.
To change the owning customer, click Change Owning Customer and
select the new owner from the Customer field.
Prerequisites
- This activity requires that no reservations, issues, or receipts have been
made on the shop order.
- Ownership of shop order, or of at least one component, needs to be set to
Customer Owned.
System Effects
- As a result of this activity, Owner of the shop order product, component
materials, by-products and disassembly components with Ownership set to
Customer Owned are changed at one time.
- The components, by-products and disassembly components with Ownership
set to Company
Owned will not be affected by this activity.
