You can remove a structure component that was not present in the actual structure received to the repair from the new as-built structure created after the repair.Expand the tree structure and select the revision node of the parent part in which you want to mark a component as not present. In the Repair Actions section, click Not Present. Enter a quantity and a repair reason. You can select a new parent part revision and add a note if needed. Finally, click OK.
Multilevel repair shop order must exist with the parent part in Reserved or Issued state.
As a result of this activity, the number of components marked as Not Present will not be added in the new as-built structure. Since there is no existing component, there will be no inventory transactions as well.
