This activity is used to enable shop orders to be loaded to the Advanced Planning Board in batches at a predefined time. It is also used to define the time for the next batch load and the time interval between loads so that it can be performed continuously once it has been set up.
Select Advanced Planning Board/Batch Loading Enabled and enter the date and time for the next batch load in Next Date/Time. In Interval enter the time period that should elapse before subsequent batch loads. This time period should be entered in the number of minutes. In Advanced Planning Board/Load Options pecify the criteria for selecting shop orders to be loaded. All open shop orders in the site will be loaded if no load options are given. Specify the options for automatic scheduling Advanced Planning Board/Automatic Scheduling. No automatic scheduling will occur if you have not selected any of the options.
