You can remove a component of a multilevel structure during the multilevel repair process. Expand the tree structure and select the revision node of the parent part from which you want to remove a component. In the Repair Actions section, click Remove. Enter a quantity and a repair reason. You can select a new parent part revision and add a note if needed. Finally, click OK.
As a result of this activity, the changes done to the component is written to the repair history. Any removed components will be placed in Shop Order/Salvage Parts tab. When receiving the repair shop order, a new as-built structure is created with the changes done.
