Update Repair History Records

Explanation

You can update the repair reason and/or repair note of a repair history record. This will be only used when the parameters, such as repair reason, entered in the multilevel repair process is erroneous and needs to be corrected. If there are history records for different parent parts in the structure, then there could be several history records for the same shop order. In such cases, select the record with correct Parent Part No from the record selector. If the records have not yet been processed, you may update the Repair Note and Notes fields.

Prerequisites

A history record should exist with Record Processed parameter cleared. i.e. History record should have not been used to create a new as built structure which happens when receiving the shop order.
