This activity is used to update set up times of setup matrices for work centers and characteristic codes in user allowed sites. The setup matrices are used by Manufactruing Scheduling Optimization (MSO) and IFS/Advanced Planning Board ( APB) in constraint based scheduling. With this activity it is possible to change the set up times for the characteristic value from to combinations.
This activity requires the existence of a discrete characteristic code and
its option values.
The characteristic codes should have been set as scheduling
constraints and also that they should be enabled to use in set up matrices in
the work center characteristic tab.
The set-up time for the combination of from/to characteristic values will be saved and will be used in scheduling.
