Create Periodic Header

Explanation

This activity is used to create header record for the company, site, accounting year and accounting period and add cost centers to the header record to calculate the actual rates for the work center and labor class cost types for the period based on available hours, actual hours, estimated hours and reported quantity of the period.

Prerequisites

Accounting year and accounting period need to available to create the header record. All the work centers and labor classes need to connect with the cost centers. Cost centers are required to defined as a code part. Statistical account balance should be available with the cost center.

System Effects

Header record is created for the company, site, accounting year, accounting period and cost calculation scenario. Cost centers are added in the cost centers tab. Work centers and labor classes are connected to the cost centers.
