Explanation

Repair code routings represent the subset of the machine and labor operations defined in the monolithic repair routing which are relevant to this repair. Just like the monolithic routings of which they are a subset, repair code routings are always defined for 'real' parts.

Repair interim orders and their corresponding supply shop orders are created when disposition shop orders for parts requiring modifications or discrepancies are approved. For each modification or discrepancy being addressed, the repair routings are used to ascertain the required operations for the relevant repair codes. Enable the Included setting if the monolithic repair routing alternate operation shall be included as an operation for the repair code routing. It is possible to select more than one operation.

If a repair shop order is selected as repair order type for a CRO repair, then the repair routing is used to pull in the required operations for the repair code(s) associated with the service type(s). The list of service types constitute the work scope to be performed for the part on the CRO repair and a service type can be connected to one or several repair codes.

The repair routings cannot be activated unless the monolithic repair routing alternates derived are in the state Buildable.
