Void Crew Information
Explanation
This activity is used to void crew information in cases where data has been
entered incorrectly. Functionality exists to void a crew member along with connected
operational tasks and crew time specifications or to only void an operational
task type and/or crew time specification for a particular crew member.
To void information on a crew member that was added incorrectly to a flight:
- Open the Flight Log page and populate or search for your
flight log number or serial. In the Crew tab, select the relevant
record in crew members section and select Void Crew Information option.
To void an operational task that is recorded against a particular crew member:
- Open the Flight Log page and populate or query for your
flight log number or serial. In the Crew tab, select the relevant
record in crew members section.
- Expand the nested list, if you want to void a operational task select the type of operational task that is
to be voided from the Operational Tasks tab and select
Void Operational Task option.
- Or, if you want to void a crew time specification select the type of
crew time that is to be voided from the Crew Time Specification
tab and select Void Crew Time Specification option.
Prerequisites
To perform this activity, the flight log containing incorrect crew information
must be in the Open status.
System Effects
- Invalid crew information on the flight log is voided and will no longer
be considered valid.
- The Voided option is enabled on the voided record and the
Voiding Information field displays the voiding information you entered.
- It is not possible to reverse the voiding process.
