Use this activity to connect sites to a work task template. Open the Valid for Sites tab in Work Task Template and connect the sites that the template are to be used for.
The work task template can be used for PM generation for these sites. The valid sites need to be in OK status to be able to generate PM actions using the work task template. When the resources connected to the work task template are not valid for entered sites, the site status becomes Error.
The resource demands defined on the Work List tab will be displayed under the Resources tab on each site record and if required you can add a specific resource ID for the resource demands. Here you can add a resource of any of the following types; person resource (without employee), company employee or secondment employee.
Sites must be defined in Site page under Application Base Setup.
