Use this activity to create a new PM action by copying an existing PM action. You can use this activity only to create new PM actions, and not to create new PM action revisions. PM action revisions are created using the Create New Revision for PM dialog.
A PM action should already exist in the system.
As a result of this activity, a new PM action is created.
