Enter Merge
Explanation
Use the Merge toggle to set the merge flag on a PM action, to enable the
flag, a PM Group must first have been entered. After group and merge options have
been set the PM action will be available to be generated together with other PM
actions into the same work order.
Prerequisites
Before the Merge toggle can be activated, following must have been completed:
- A value must have been entered into the PM Group ID field.
System Effects
- The PM actions with the same PM Group and the merge flag set will be
eligible to be grouped and merged together, if all criteria for that is
fulfilled.
- If only the criteria for grouping is fulfilled no merge will take place
but the PM actions will still be grouped together.
