Specify Procedure

Explanation

This activity is used to create a new cost allocation procedure. A cost allocation procedure is defined and performed for a selected accounting period.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity:

• Company periodical cost allocation information should have been entered in the Periodical Cost Allocation record sub menu in the Company page.
• You should not have another procedure with the same allocation type, accounting year, accounting period and ledger ID.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a cost allocation procedure is created with the Defined status. It is possible to add distributions, factors and steps to procedures of this status.
