The activity allows for additional augmentation of the loaded work scope not done directly in the source file. With this capability it is possible to highlight the specific Events which should be excluded during the Process Work Scope Load command in Heavy Maintenance Work Scope Loader page.
Work Scope Load command should successfully been completed without validation errors in Work Scope Load Header.
Work Scope Items should be in Loaded status without validation errors. Items with validation errors are not considered during the Process Work Scope Load activity.
Cancel Events No Longer Part Of The Work Scope flag will be enabled only when there is a at least one Work Scope Item in Removed state.
Create Maintenance Order Snapshot flag will be enabled only when at least one event is connected to the Maintenance Order.
Maintenance Events will get created for all successfully processed work scope items and assigned to the selected Maintenance Order.
Status of successfully processed work scope items will be set as Connected, warning messages provide additional information on possibly corrective act.
Work scope items not processed due to errors are kept in the Loaded state. Errors need to be reviewed and corrected prior to re-executing the Process Work Scope Load command.
