Instead of entering all the order lines manually, you can choose to use a template listing the parts and quantities that usually order. This facilitates faster and more efficient purchase order entry.

Supplier for Purchase Parts must have been entered.

System Effects

• A template with purchase order lines is created.
• The template can be used when purchase order lines are added to a purchase order to quickly fill in regularly ordered parts and quantities.
• The values that default from the template can be modified in the purchase order line.
