Enter External Service Types

Explanation

Use this activity to define service types used in conjunction with external repair orders.

Prerequisites

All applicable customer order types must previously have been set up in the Customer Order Type page.

System Effects

• The external service type is entered and becomes available through the List of Values.
• Based on the value entered in the Price field, the price inclusive of tax will be automatically calculated and displayed in the Price incl. Tax field.
