Create Schedule of Work Change Order

Explanation

This Activity is used to Create Schedule of Work Change order from an Existing Schedule of Work version. This is activated once Schedule of Work is Approved or in Work Started status and Change Order is enabled in Audit Trail Settings.

Change Order can be created using the Create Change Order command.

When Change Order is going to create with existing Sales Contract Change Order, then Change Order Number need to be selected to create your SOW Change Order.

When Change Order is going to create with new Sales Contract Change Order, then Destination Sales Contract, Change Order Name and Change Type of your new Sales Contract Change Order need to be specified.

When Change Order is going to create with existing Project Contract Change Order, then Change Order Number need to be selected to create your SOW Change Order.

When Change Order is going to create with new Sales Contract Change Order, then Change Order Name and Change Type of your new Project Contract Change Order need to be specified. 

Prerequisites

Schedule of Work should be Approved or in Workstarted status.

Change Order should be enabled in Audit Trail Settings.

SOW Change Type should be defined in Schedule of Work Change Types page.

System Effects

Based on selected Schedule of Work information, Schedule of Work Change Order gets created.

Created Schedule of Work Change Order can be seen from the Schedule of Work Change Order Overview and Detail pages.

When Schedule of Work Change order is created with new Sales Contract Change Order or Project Contract Change Order, corresponding Contract Change Order will be created.
