This activity will calculate the change in cost of your cost and revenue values based on your Schedule of Work Change Order.
When is it needed to perform the Calculate Value, it will be indicated under Pending Actions.
Once Calculation Value is performed it is possible to analyze the Previous Cost, Current Cost and Change in Cost values per Cost/Revenue Element, Sub Project and Activity combination in Change Order Summary page.
Contract Change Order Change Capturing Level of sales contract or sub contract connected to your SOW Change Order is defined as ‘Cost or Revenue Element’ then user will not be allowed to perform Execute Create/Update Contract Change Order command until Execute Calculate Value is performed.
Schedule of Work Change Order Items should be created/updated.
Schedule of Work Validate is performed without any errors.
Relevant Cost Types enabled in Schedule of Work Cost Types page.
Cost Element – Cost Type Mapping is defined for enabled Cost Types.
Change Order Summary command will be get enabled.
