Print Pick List
Explanation
This activity is used to print project item pick lists. You can preview before
printing. The pick list is used as a basis for picking reserved material from
inventory. The pick list does not imply a physical reservation of parts.
There are five ways to generate a project item pick list:
- From the Order Report page.
- By selecting one or more miscellaneous part line(s) in the Project
Materials and Services/Misc. Parts or Misc. Rental Partstab.
- By selecting one or more miscellaneous part line(s) in the Activity
Materials and Services/Misc. Parts or Misc. Rental Partstab.
- By selecting one or more miscellaneous part line(s) in the
Overview-Project
Misc. Procurement page.
Prerequisites
To perform this activity, the reserved quantity for the selected miscellaneous
demand lines should be greater than zero.
System Effects
- All reserved material for the selected miscellaneous demand line(s)
which has not been printed yet will be printed on the pick list and are
available for picking.
- Once the material has been picked, it can then be issued to the project.
- The printed pick list’s information cannot be printed on any other pick
list.
