Allow Unconfirmed Analysis
Explanation
This activity is used to determine whether it should be possible to close
a shop order operation even though the mandatory inspection, as defined by the
shop order control plan, has not yet been completed.
- Use this option when there is a need to close shop order operations
and/or receive shop order quantities into stock, even though the mandatory
inspection has not yet been completed.
- The shop order can only be closed when all inspections, as defined by
the shop order control plan, have been completed.
- This option can only be enabled for a manufactured part at the part/site
level, but only if the Mandatory Shop Order Create Analysis
option also has been enabled for the part of interest.
Prerequisites
This activity has the following prerequisites:
- Mandatory Shop Order Create Analysis must have been
enabled for the part.
System Effects
As a result of this activity,
- It is possible to close a shop order operation even though the mandatory
inspection, as defined by the shop order control plan, has not yet been
completed.
- The shop order can only be closed when all inspections, as defined by
the shop order control plan, have been completed.
