This activity is used to copy a control plan template revision. Once a control plan template is in Active status, you cannot change it. If the control plan template require changes, you can make a copy of the control plan template rather than creating a new one with the same data. This also makes it possible to update any control plans referring to the previous revision. This is done when you activate the new revision.
To copy a control plan template revision, click Copy Template Revision, eventuallt update information in the Copy Template Revision dialog and click Save.
A control plan template must exist.
As a result of this activity, a new control plan template revision is created. It is created with the same content as the control plan revision it was made from. It will have a new revision number and be in status Created.
