This activity is used to activate statistical process control (SPC) and/or capability indices for one or more control plan lines.
To activate SPC for a control plan line enable SPC on the Control Plan Line.
To activate Real Time SPC for a control plan line enable Real Time SPC on the Control Plan Line.
To activate capability indices for a control plan line enable Capability Indices on the Control Plan Line tab. Enter target values for the capability indices Cp and Cpk in the Inner Target Cp, Inner Target Cpk, Outer Target Cp and Outer Target Cpk fields.
The control plan line must have the Planned status.
As a result of this activity, SPC, Real Time SPC and/or capability indices are activated for one or more control plan lines. Target values for the capability indices calculations are set.
